Return conditions
- The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, without signs of misuse and accompanied by all the labels and documents sent.
- Products that have been modified or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.

You have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the part must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use or installation, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact: Send an e-mail with the order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Authorization: Wait for our return authorization confirmation.
- Shipping: Send the product to the address indicated in the authorization email. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing transport insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return transportation.
4. Refund conditions
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
